APEX THE GYM

General information

We are a Strength and Conditioning Facility that take pride in getting our clients RESULTS. Our innovative training system is unlike other gyms - most of our clients will be training in a semi-private setting. Although Private One-on-One training still has its place, it can be inefficient and expensive.

In order to ensure that you succeed at APEX, our Semi-Private classes are still very personal. You will be following your own program designed by one of our coaches. We will ensure that you get plenty of 1-on-1 time so that you receive the coaching you need during every session. We will never sacrifice the quality of your coaching for a larger class size.

WE ALSO DO ONE-ON-ONE OR SEMI-PERSONAL ATHLETE CONDITIONING.

Parking Info:
There is plenty of parking for all of our members.
-3 designated spots in front of the gym
-Lots of community parking spaces in the middle of the lot and south of the lot facing Westminster Highway. (any stall that is not in front of a unit)
-Curbside parking by the cul-de-sac at the parking lot entrance
