Japanese Chef Knives - A rich selection of excellent handmade kitchen knives and lifestyle products. We believe in the professional, which is why we first own products made by hand.
The idea of starting the knife company grew out from the interest Sue had in cooking. We had a retail store for 15 years running brick and mortar and sold it in 2016. As she started to accumulate knives for school, I developed an interest in them myself and thought that retailing online might be a high quality product.
For a product to have growth, it must be worth a good amount of money and produce reliable sales. We have had a great experience so far and we are now launching the online store.
All the knives are available as special orders and I would like to continue to add to the selection, so please do contact me if you have any questions. I will be happy to help you find a knife that fits your style
