This Medical Centre was dedicated to the residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 10, 2004 and soon became one of Bahrain’s busiest healthcare establishments. In order to accommodate the growing numbers of patients and visitors, Shifa has moved to the new seven stories building equipped with state-of-art technologies, cutting-edge facilities and modern laboratory equipment in May 2018. The new building has 80,000 square feet and has all the important specialty departments such as General Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dental, Orthodontics, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Urology and Orthopaedics. And have the supporting services like Optometry, Audio & Speech Therapy room, Echocardiogram, TMT, 64 slice CT scan, Mammography, digital Ultrasound, digital X-ray, Pharmacy, Laboratory and corresponding technical and administrative supporting units.
