Pro Judo is a Judo Scotland affiliated club and was founded in 2000 by Brian Long, in that time it has developed into the largest judo club in Glasgow and the West Coast of Scotland. It is currently the no 1 provider of Judo for Schools in Glasgow.
Through judo, Pro Judo aims to offer an opportunity regardless of ability or disability for everyone to benefit from a fun social environment, a chance to improve fitness levels, deal with frustation and anger and to help teach self control.
