We sell artisanal cheeses, sourced from small producers all over South Africa. A wide range is locally produced in Bedford, Paterson and in the vicinity of East London.
The cheese sortment ranges from fresh to very mature, hard and soft cheeses, spiced to plain varieties. Most of them are produced on organic farms, some of them conventional organic others with a strong anthroposophic approach. All cheeses are made in South Africa based on traditional european recipes, such as Cheddar, Gouda, Sainte Maure, Chevre, Buscion, Ricotta, Haloumi, Feta, Emmenthal, Appenzeller and more!
