Western Living Homes is a family owned and operated company that has been building quality custom homes in the Edmonton area since 1982. While your home is under construction our building superintendent will meet with you on a regular basis to take care of any minor changes and adjustments required during construction.

NEW HOME WARRANTY

Western Living Homes offers an extensive one-year company warranty on your new home. Just prior to the end of the first year of your ownership, our staff will inspect your home and make any adjustments that might be required. Western Living Homes is a proud member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program that provides additional protection for new homebuilders.
