Established in 1996, ACTS provides a wide variety of consulting services. Its different divisions cover construction material consultancy, laboratory testing, technical Standards, and Training & Certification. ACTS is the local sponsoring group of the American Concrete Institute for its certification program in the Middle-East. ACTS started in Lebanon and currently covers the middle-east and the Mena regions with three functional branches and laboratories in Lebanon, Qatar, and KSA.
ACTS is one of the premier consulting firms in the Middle East to receive accreditation of the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025:2005 for its specialized activities, conveyed by its fully-equipped laboratories, high technical services and quality system. The firm started implementing the new directives of the UKAS/NAMAS. ACTS is approved by different engineering firms and registered at all relevant governmental and official bodies.
