Our Saab service has an extensive list of checks. Our approved garage have the latest equipment, which allows our qualified technician and mechanic to diagnose any problems quickly and efficiently.

A Saab service with our approved garage means that your car service has its warranty protected, because we use genuine parts which are of “Original Equipment” (OE) quality standard.

The Interim and Full service schedule descriptions we provide are just a guide of what we do and will vary on what each Manufacturer service schedule says, some additional items maybe required to comply with your warranty. However, we always provide a complete quote before anything additional is carried out.

Saab History

Swedish manufacturer Saab is known for two things - safety and astonishing innovation. Originally created as a division of the Swedish Aeroplane Company, the car production part of the company was born out of a need to innovate and expand into new markets.
In 1944, Project 92 began (marking a Saab tradition of always starting their car models with the number 9), with the intention of developing the first Saab passenger car. Five years later, the Saab 92 began production and showed clearly the company's birth in aviation. The car's drag coefficient of 0.30 was the lowest of any production car of its era.
It was this continual design and innovation that led to Saab achieving a huge list of firsts, including everything from asbestos-free brake pads, the world's first headlamp washers and pioneering groundbreaking technology such as producing a turbo engine with wastegate to control boost. Right up until 2008, Saab was still pushing the boundaries with Cross-wheel drive, an advanced, all-wheel drive system with eLSD.
The other major selling point for Saab was safety. Again born from its aircraft heritage, Saab threw out the rule book and repositioned the car ignition system on the floor, preventing leg injuries in the event of a collision as was common in many other makes. This also maximised space, making Saab cars roomier than their rivals.

Is my car collected and delivered back for free?
Yes this service is absolutely free. Al-Husam will collect up your car on it’s service date and deliver it back free of charge once the service has been completed and payment has been authorised.

When are your opening hours?
We are open 6 days a week. Saturday to Thursday we operate from 9:00am to 6pm.

Is my car washed?
Yes your car is washed absolutely free after every car service is completed.

How do I pay for the work?
It’s simple! Our advisor will call you to let you know when the car service is completed. From here you can pay.

What parts are used?
We use brand new and used pre-approved parts.

What if I want to cancel the car service?
You can cancel the service at any point if you wish. However any work done up to that point must be paid for.

Can I re-arrange the date of a car service?
Yes you can as long as the date is arranged with our advisor 24 hours before the original service date.

What if my car needs extra work other than the service?
In such an event a Al-Husam advisor will contact and inform you of the exact work that needs to be carried out. No work is ever started without your consent.
