General information
We are building a fun, dedicated, fitness community in Amman, Jordan. All levels and abilities are welcome. However, do not expect a comfortable place. CrossFit QuickSand exists to train you and the training is hard. It will require your physical and mental determination. The aim is functional fitness that will improve your quality of life.

We encourage all beginners to go through our 4 week 'Elements' program that will teach you all the basics of CrossFit in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our Elements cycles stars the first Sunday of each month.
