Since 32 years Balu India has been manufacturing crankshafts for commercial vehicle diesel engines, stationary engines, construction machinery, boats, tractors and passenger cars. We have developed a very extensive range of forged crankshafts for leading Original Equipment Manufacturers within India and the SAARC region as well as supplying crankshafts to the global after market repair trade to over 40 countries around the world including India.

With the ISO/TS16949:2009 accreditation of our units on 20th May 2012 by TUV Nord Cert GmBH, Balu India, is now an avant grade manufacturer of fully finished and semi-finished forged crankshafts and guarantee to manufacture as per customer requirements and market demands and is one of the few companies around the world equipped to manufacture the crankshafts on our own machines, end-to-end production control methods and quality assurance confirming to EURO III / Bharat IV emission norms.

The machining of the crankshafts is done with the latest equipments, instruments, technologies and highly skilled work force which provide exceptional control over the entire process of manufacturing the crankshafts and has made Balu India the supplier of choice of major OEM's not only in India but around the world due to our technological advantage and the highest standards of quality in the industry. All the crankshafts are manufactured to exact O.E. specifications and on CNC Auto lines, to ensure precision at every stage.

Balu India has continually strived to broaden our manufacturing base and with the acquisition of the state of the art machining lines from Poland in the year 2006 and as recently as 2011 from France, our capability has expanded to produce crankshafts up to 2.5 meters in length and installed capacity has increased to 300000 pieces fully finished crankshafts annually.
