RMS has steadily grown into a group of Ex Chief Engineers, Marine Superintendents and Master Mariners and is presently involved in providing Marine Consultancy & Technical Services.

SERVICES:-

-->We undertake all kinds of fault-finding & complete repairs on Boiler combustion control, auto-firing & automation system, including IGS.

-->Custom made Marine Starter Panels designed to suit specific customer requirements.

-->We undertake all kinds of repairs on ship’s electrical panels, including modification & up-gradation where required.

-->We also undertake design/fabrication of AVRs, Design & Installation of Vessel's Fire Detection System.
In addition to on-board overhauling of most Engine Room machinery by our riding repair-teams, we have also successfully undertaken installation of 03-Nos 650 KVA A/Es on a Bulk Carrier & installation of Auxiliary Machinery such as Purifiers, Main Air Compressors, Emergency Fire pumps, A/E crankshaft replacement & A/E overhauls on-board with our team of trained fitters.

INSPECTION:-

-->We undertake Hull & Machinery Pre- Purchase Inspections for Oil &
Chemical Tankers, Passenger Vessels and Bulk Carriers.

-->Where paucity of time is anticipated and/or the particular Inspection requirement warrants, we undertake the Inspection jointly by an ex-Master and Chief Engineer.Due diligence is however taken to keep the costs minimal and thus remain competitive in such cases.

-->We prepare Oil & Chemical
Tankers for Third-Party Inspections
and undertake Pre-Vetting
Inspections

-->We also undertake Dry-dock Supervision work & where necessary, provide our Riding Repair teams for undertaking machinery repair & overhaul jobs in Dry-docks.

STUDENT TRAINING & INTERNSHIP:-

-->We also provide the opportunity to the students to learn and have first hand experience for the marine industry.College students from Mechanical , Electrical have also shown interest in learning.
