Founded in 1997, Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (FFI) is primarily in the business of IT-HR Consulting & software services.

With 2000+ consultants deployed over 80 projects in India and overseas (USA & MEA), FFI has consistently delivered on growth and innovation in the IT HR consulting services domain.

FFI’s pan India presence as well as its WOS in the MEA, Future Focus Infotech, FZE (FFI FZE) and in the US, Focus America, Inc., ensures seamless customer service utilising the geographic advantage.

FFI is a primary contributor to the IT HR consulting domain in Telecom, BFSI, Retail & IS to name a few, serving long-term relationships with major IT and ITES companies in India and overseas.

In 2016, Focus was awarded the Times Group Gamechangers Award for "Excellence in HR Practices" and the vindication of its work in the ME region by recognition by the Municipality of Ajman, UAE for extending strategic support to them.

The organization was adjudged the BEST SME in the Medium Segment in the IT/ITeS category at the Dun & Bradstreet India’s Leading SME Awards 2013.

2012-13 also saw FFI in the INC India listing as one of the “Fastest Growing companies (sub 1500 crore turn over)”.

FFI was ranked TOP 3 in the NASSCOM D&I awards (2009) & listed as a NASSCOM EMERGE-50 Company (2009). It was ranked 18th at the AllWorld India Fast25 (2010) awards, a Michael Porter, endorsed & certified recognition.

Ranked by Dun & Bradstreet, as one of “India’s Top IT Companies” (2007 & 2008), it has also been listed a winner in the Deloitte Technology Fast500 Asia Pacific 2008 & 2009 program.
