Our Role:

• We evaluate the client’s current working capital practices & provide them other working capital policies. To suit the cash flow requirements of the clients, we analyze their cash flow patterns in order to define the term of borrowings.
• By working in close-coordination, we take decision on vital loan parameters like amount, currency, tenure, draw down, moratorium, & amortization & then make out a detailed loan memorandum.
• After that, we invite banks to participate in the syndicate. Banks indicate the amount of exposure and their willingness to take & the rate of interest to be charged. We negotiate the terms & fine tune for the satisfaction of both the parties. Eventually, the allocation is done to the various members of the syndicate. In the entire process, we assist as a loan documentation and actively try to explore the possibility of refinancing high cost funds with other cheaper funds.
• When there is a sick unit, we design revival package in cohesion with the banks and financial institutions.
