General information

ImpelPro is a Supply Chain Solutions Company promoted by Supply Chain professionals. The promoters have long experience in designing, setting up, commissioning, managing and operating successful SCM operations and businesses across industries for various multinational brands in India.
At ImpelPro, we aim to be the best in our field. We believe in quality; and aim to make our delivery close to perfection. We give every project our best by staying abreast of the developments in SCM and deliver consistently superior value-adds to our clients.
The foray of global QSR leaders into India, in mid-90’s, triggered a qualitative change in the approach towards supply chain structuring & management and in particular cold chain management. This further gained momentum with the arrival of organised Retail in the scene. The change positively impacted all aspects of supply chain – infrastructure conceptualisation & design engineering, people, processes, operations, cost definitions & management, service level measurements & benchmarking etc.

During the above period, the promoters of ImpelPro had the privilege of associating with the global leaders in respective areas and then actively participating in the following pioneering milestone initiatives in the country:
Centralised Distribution System - for QSR, Retail, Food Processors and other Foodservice players
Cold Chain Management
Integrated supply chain model for organised multi brand retail including ‘farm-to-store’ model for Agri-produce

While on the above projects the promoters closely interacted and gained in-depth knowledge & experience from the best-of-class global experts like McDonald’s for QSR & Cold Chain, Wal-Mart & Spar for Retail, PepsiCo for FMCG, The Stellar for cold store engineering, Keogh Consultants in supply chain structuring etc. They then worked on indigenisation and adopting the concepts to local realities – an example of linking Global with Local!

The fact that each of the promoters is expert in his area of functionalities and together they cover all the areas like business modelling, engineering, project management, supply chain operations, quality & audit, people, commercial, IT and business management gives credence to ImpelPro’s offer of ‘end-to-end’ supply chain solutions.
