River City Medical Group is uniquely dedicated to serving the Medi-Cal population as progressive Independent Physician Association (IPA). It is our mission to recognize and meet the needs of this community and to address our patients with creative and culturally sensitive care solutions. RCMG serves as the bridge between Health Plans, Patients, and care providers.

As one of the largest Medi-Cal IPAs in Northern California, RCMG helps people gain access to health care and connects them with other support resources in the region.

Our commitment is to partner with Physicians, Health Plans, and Community Health Centers to collaboratively deliver better patient access to medical care and to improve the services our patients receive.
