將有500年歷史黃豆發酵食品天貝與七十年醬油發酵技術結合，製作出符合台灣人口味的天貝，
選用與印尼天貝菌種價差將近四十倍的歐洲天貝菌種，為了就是要讓每位客人吃得安心無慮。
