At Spinback, Shanghai's first dedicated spinning and indoor cycling studio, we guarantee a challenging cycling based workout with metrics, music and energy. Our international instructors (many from their long-time involvement with the local cycling community), individual attention and service, as well as community vibe will ensure you leave not just sweating, but smiling!

Spinback boasts two locations between the French Concession and Jing An. JiaShan Lu studio is a 7 minute walk from South Shaanxi Rd metro station and IAPM mall, in the heart of the Former French Concession, while Wuding Lu studio is a 10 minute walk from Line 7 Changping Lu or 12 minute walk from Line 2 Jing An temple station.

The studios are equipped with the latest Stages SC3 bikes, as well as Schwinn bikes and 1 Watt Pro bike to help you bring your workout session to a whole new level. Changing rooms are available as well as a water dispenser and/or bottles of water at your disposal. Wuding Lu also has showers to refresh after working out with us.

On the giant screen you can enjoy a variety of cycling routes, extreme sport videos and amazing performances while you challenge yourself through the high-intensity spin sessions on offer.

We also use the latest audio & visual technology, including Performance IQ which tracks riders' metrics during each workout, and can be linked with heart rate monitors to provide e-mail summaries of their training zones, calorie burn and heart-rate averages.

Beginners or advanced are welcome as the classes naturally accommodate all levels. Come feel the burn on the bikes!
