Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors (HKICC) is an Christian higher learning institution located in Hong Kong. The institute was found in January 2004, it exists to train Christian men and women to be equipped as effective peer Christian counselors as well as professional counselors, enhancing personal growth, spreading positive influential atmosphere, so as to increase self-help and the effectiveness of helping others. The Mission statement of the institute is: “Equip the world a fleet of influential and mission driven counselors, so as to instill changes in the community, the city, the country and the world with the value of God.” School Motto: “To be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” (Ephesians 4:23-24) NIV

HKICC has two levels of studies. Undergraduate level program includes certificate, advanced certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, and the Bachelor of Christian Counseling degree. The graduate level includes a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in cooperated with Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, in USA. This program is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (HLC-NCA), it is accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, and the Hong Kong Education Bureau.

HKICC is approximately having 1600 students working on different programs since 2004. The current active students are about 500. In summer 2011, HKICC has the 4th batch of graduates of about 150 people which include undergraduate through out graduate levels. Since 2010, HKICC is legitimately granting honorary doctorate in Ministry degree through the written permission by the Hong Kong Education Bureau. Rev. Sam Lai is the first pastor who received the degree in 2010. Rev. Dennis Balcombe and Rev. Yu Fat Siu will be the second and the third pastor receiving this honorary degree in July 2011.

「香港基督教輔導學院」是一間位於香港的基督教高等教育機構，於2004年1月創辦，目的乃透過鼓勵個人成長、積極人生及有效的自助助人技巧，大量訓練基督徒朋輩及專業輔導員，為社會及教會帶來積極及正面的影響力，以能轉化社區、城市及國家。

使命宣言：「大量訓練信徒成為具有感染力和使命感的朋輩及專輔導員，使他們活出以基督為本的人生觀和價值觀，影響整個社區、城市、國家、以至全世界。」
院訓：「又要將你們的心志改換一新，並且穿上新人；這新人是照著神的形象造的，有真理的仁義和聖潔。」（以弗所書4:23-24）

本院提供學士及碩士課程，學士課程有「基督教輔導學證書」、「基督教輔導學高級證書」、「基督教輔導學文憑」、「基督教輔導學高級文憑」及「基督教輔導學學士」。碩士課程為與美國奧利弗拿撒勒大學合辦之「專業輔導碩士」，該課程獲美國中北部高等教育協會(HLC-NCA)認可，為美國教育部及香港教育局認可課程（教育局註冊編號：261435），等同於本港大學碩士學歷。

本院自2004年創辦迄今約有1600學生，正在修讀人數約500人。2011年7月第四屆畢業典禮中，本院將有約150人從不同課程中畢業。2010年起，本院獲香港教育局書面許可，可以頒授教牧學榮譽博士學位。黎振滿牧師獲得首個榮譽學位，而包德寧牧師及蕭如發牧師將會在今年獲得此榮譽學位。
