Curves is a fitness club with a unique 30-minute full body workout designed for women. The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio activity and stretching to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. It is safe, efficient and effective for women of all ages and fitness levels. It's so much better than a typical gym, you will train within a supportive community of women.
- A full body workout in only 30 minutes: The Curves circuit with 8 or 12 machines make you work every major muscle group. There is always a coach to guide and motivate you while exercising. You can burn up to 500 kcals in the Curves workout.
- Proven results: Our tool Curves Smart will keep you motivated and work harder during the training. You will also get a full report of your progress after each session.
- Support from a coach: We are committed to provide you a great service. There will always be a coach in the circuit to help you train and motivate you - you're never alone!
- A personalized weight-loss solution: Curves Complete is a fully personalized weight-loss solution that includes Curves Fitness programme, customisable meal plans, and one-on-one coaching and support.
