松江は菓子処として知られています。彩雲堂は銘菓「若草」本舗。昔ながらの製法で丁寧に作り続けています。
「若草」は松江藩七代藩主・松平治郷公の茶席で用いられた菓子を明治時代に復刻し、今に至ります。
抹茶によく合う、松江を代表する銘菓のひとつです。
