福井県にあるヨガスタジオです。 1982年にヨガを伝え始め、現在は坂井市と福井市でヨガスタジオを開いています。クラスはほぼ毎日やっています。健康で生き生きと毎日を過ごす為に身体と心を元気にしてもらいたい！との思いで、無理なく楽しくヨガをしてもらえたらなと思っています。年齢層も幅広く、小学生のお子さんから、60.70才台の方まで、どなたでも、いつからでも取り組めるように指導しています。 他にもスポーツクラブや公民館などでもクラスを指導させていただいています。 詳しい情報はHPでご確認ください。
