料理家 栗原はるみプロデュースのゆとりの空間。ベストセラーとなった料理本『ごちそうさまが、ききたくて。』（'92年/文化出版局）の反響がきっかけとなり、1994年、東京・都立大学駅近くに栗原はるみお気に入りの器を販売するお店「ゆとりの空間」1号店をオープン。以降、栗原はるみのものづくりは、和洋の食器をはじめ、漆器、調理器具、エプロン、布小物、ウエアにいたるまで、暮らし全般に広がりました。
現在は日本全国に、毎日の暮らしを楽しむための生活雑貨を販売するショップや、栗原はるみのオリジナルレシピが楽しめるカフェ・レストランを展開しています。
同時に、日本の食文化や伝統的な道具のすばらしさを、“食”を通して若い世代に伝えていく活動を続けています。
