大阪、瓦町にあるフランス料理店 La Cime(ラ シーム)。辻調理師専門学校卒業後、大阪市内のフレンチ、イタリアン、数軒で働く。2007年、渡仏。パリで修行を積み、09年に帰国。2010年、大阪本町にLa Cimeをオープン。
