2012年。レカママと息子のよぎがインフルでダウン。孫のちんめい君だけがインフルにかからず。孫にご飯を作ってあげられない10日間。毎日知り合いに頼むのも恥ずかしい。周辺の印度料理店はナンとバターチキンの店しかない。とても困った10日間だった。そこで思った。他の人はこのような時にどうしているのでしょうかと。思いついたのはレカママが家庭的な印度ご飯を作る店。それがレカだった。
In year 2012, aunt Reka (Rekha) and her son Yogi were down by influenza. However, her grandson Chinmay was fine. 10 days when aunt Reka could not cook food for the grandson. Asking acquaintances help was not a good option for 10 days. And the restaurants around were all just naan and butter chicken restaurants. There came a question to the mind, what would others be doing in such situation. And then came the thought to start a home food restaurant. And that was REKA.
