梅ひとすじに70年…。根本漬物では生梅栽培から製品加工まで自社一貫生産です。国産梅を原料にひとつひとつ丁寧に天日干しで仕上げる伝統の味をぜひご賞味下さい。また那珂川流域のミネラル分を豊富に含む肥沃な地で育った「那珂川清流野菜」を原料に漬け込んだ白菜などの浅漬けは県産品ならではの美味しさがあります。浅漬けはすべて朝採りした野菜をその日のうちに漬け込んだ新鮮なものばかり他では味わえない代物です。
