1980年群馬県前橋市出身。立命館大学卒業後、（株）キーエンス入社。精密光学機器の営業に従事。2007年に退職、（株）伝統デザイン工房を設立し、これまでとは180度転換した伝統産業や地域産業に身を投じる。全国各地の醤油蔵を200以上訪問し、時に「醤油ソムリエ」、時に「醤油プロデューサー」、そして「醤油の営業マン」として日々奔走しています。
