今までは飲食店のみの展開でしたが、地域のものづくりや伝統文化、技術なども視点を変えることで魅力あるものに変わり消費者と作り手の思いを伝え広げていくことまた、現代のニーズに合わせた商品の提供する事で後世へと繋げていく事を目的としています。
