安永7(1778)年より越後長岡の地で長岡藩の御用菓子を製造しております。日本三大銘菓である当店の「越乃雪」は創業時より変わらない姿、味わいを皆様にお届けさせていただいております。
当店は現在、越乃雪をはじめとし、全国の茶席で用いられる上生菓子、お干菓子を製造しております。亭主の想いを表現し、お客様に楽しんでいただけるようなオリジナルの意匠を施した上生菓子、お干菓子を製造することも可能ですので、ぜひお気軽にご相談くださいませ。
