当店はバッハコーヒーグループの自家焙煎珈琲店です！
オーナーはカフェ・バッハ（東京）の田口護氏の下でコーヒー焙煎技術を習得し、2008年春まで山形市男女同参画センター「ファーラ」でカウンセラーとして従事していました。 グートでは、良質なコーヒー豆（生豆）を焙煎の前後にハンドピックを行い、店内で正しい焙煎をすることで、コーヒー豆本来の「旨味」「香り」を引き出し、「新鮮なコーヒー」を皆様にお届けします。
