仙台市宮城野区・山形県寒河江市の天然酵母パン＆カフェ「CLUM® カルーム」。無添加素材にこだわりぬき、完全無農薬有機栽培の国産小麦や玄米から作った自家製オリジナル天然酵母など、厳選した素材を使用していますので、安心安全で美味しいパンをお届けしています。グルテン等のパンを膨らませる為の添加物も一切使用せず、プレーンパン・米粉パンには卵やバター、乳製品は基本的に使用しておりませんので、アレルギーのある方にもお薦めです。
