General information

The membership in the Chamber is voluntary. Any Russian commercial and non-commercial organization as well as individual entrepreneurs may enter the Chamber. At present the Perm CCI comprises about 700 enterprises and organizations of the Perm region of different forms of ownership and spheres of activity: enterprises of small and medium-sized business, big enterprises, representing machine-building, chemical, metallurgical, oil-, gas-, woodusing industries, commercial structures, banks, joint enterprises.

Having begun its activity in 1991 with the operation of examination and translation bureaus, at a fast clip the Chamber has developed into a large structure having extensive organizational and technical resources and highly professional human resources at its disposal. Presently 69 people are employed with the Chamber rendering services in different spheres of business starting with beginning with expert evaluations, customs clearance, property evaluations and determination of world market prices, legal assistance and information support up to patent and legal protection of intellectual property and bar coding.
