I am a Jeweller and making jewellery is what I love doing. My Customers get to know me and I get to know them fairly well too, because let's face it, having an engagement ring, wedding ring, portrait pendant or any other item of jewellery made is a very personal thing and means so much to each person. People can buy jewellery from any Main Street Jewellery retailer but what are they getting? Just an item of jewellery. My customers have to work in with me with their jewellery and this takes time, design and a bit of education and patience.
