What this Tennis Club offers
• Sheltered location in a park setting, filled with birdsong and all-day sun.

the community as well as Club members.

Activities / Court Usage
• interclub competition matches -The courts are sometimes used on Saturday afternoons by Tennis Otago Inc.for. interclub play. The hard court surface is especially popular with the premier players and young guns, who consider AstroTurf to be too slow. Ours is one of the few Dunedin clubs that have retained hard surface courts.

• Social tennis :
Mondays 6-8pm Twilight Tennis
Wednesday 6-8pm Twilight Tennis
Sundays 1-3pm.

.• Midweek tennis throughout the year: on Tuesday mornings, 9.30–12 noon (combined with the Green Island Tennis Club), and on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1.00–3.00 pm.

• Hotshots Community Play: beginner sessions for primary schoolchildren in Terms 4 and 1, on Thursdays from 5-5.50pm, starting on 1st Februaru 2018.

Junior Tennis: Hotshots Green ball advanced lessons based at Edgar Stadium on Thursdays 4-5pm, with coach Julia Scott.
Competitive Junior tennis on Saturday mornings from 9am-12.

• Club competitions and tournaments at various times during the season.
• Frequent recreational use by members and their families and friends whenever
courts are free.
• Occasional family days, open days and barbecues to encourage more
community involvement.
