The Gourmet Ice Cream Co. creates, produces and sells a premium range of Ice Creams, Gelato, Sorbet and Ice Cream.
Our core business is developing new and exciting flavours for our discerning foodservice customers with our current catalogue containing over 700 recipes. Production is being transferred to a new much larger factory but the original products remain and are handcrafted by the original owners Mark & Rae Scorgie who founded the business in 1995.
We pride ourselves on the quality of both our products and the relationship with our customers. We work hard to provide solutions to most ice cream needs. We will be adding new ranges shortly.
