Kingsland Martial Arts is a community martial arts club that focuses on the style of Hapkido. Hapkido is Korean in origin, is eclectic in nature (in that we study a wide range of techniques, from strikes to throws) and is extremely effective for self defence.
We're an incorporated non-profit club, and the instructors are volunteers. We practice Hapkido for our own fitness and enjoyment, and we love to introduce the style to new members. Classes are fun, and yet challenging; physical, but not aggressive. Come along to check us out on either Monday or Wednesday nights in Kingsland, Auckland.
