Frances is a degree-qualified acupuncturist and holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Acupuncture, from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), graduating in 2001. She is a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), and a registered Toyohari Practioner (Japan).
