Four different dining options are available for you at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende:

1826 is the resort’s signature restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can enjoy a choice of dining al fresco on the patio amid the vibrant gardens surrounding “La Casona” or indoors in proximity to the restaurant's bustling open artisan kitchen.
Breakfast 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Dinner 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar serves up savory authentic Mexican and Spanish tapas that can be enjoyed individually or family style. A tempting, casual place to linger after the day’s pursuits, this al fresco setting presents breathtaking views of La Parroquia, the town and magnificent sunsets. At Luna you can enjoy locally brewed “Cerveza San Miguel” as well as an excellent selection of Mexican and foreign wines.

Agua the poolside restaurant and bar offers an all-day array of light dishes, burgers and sandwiches. Refreshing beverages such as fresh fruit smoothies, milkshakes or margaritas can be enjoyed at Agua.
Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Food Service from 11:00 a.m.

La Cava is the place for the ultimate, exclusive dining experience. Surrounded by unparalleled wines and premium tequilas, you will be pampered by the chef and sommelier with special tasting menus and fine wine pairings. La Cava is available upon request.

Sense, A Rosewood Spa ® is a world class sanctuary offering respite and rejuvenation for your mind, body and spirit. Situated on the top floor of Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, the spa offers inspiring views of the historic Centro, separate facilities for men and women featuring sauna, steam and an array of thoughtful amenities as well as a couple’s suite, a wet treatment room and a children’s spa menu.
