General information
Dr. Omar Morales founded Lyme Mexico (formerly Lyme Disease Mexico) to treat Lyme and attendant co-infections from a more hematological approach. He is currently the only ILADS certified physician in Mexico, and specializes in transfusional medicine with a focus on tick-borne diseases.
Lyme Mexico Clinic offers advanced, effective, and ever-evolving treatments in the realm of apheresis techniques, such as photopheresis, red blood cell exchange (when warranted), plasmapheresis, complete eradication of biofilm structures, dendritic cell vaccines, intravenous detoxification, immune support, and low dose immunotherapy, in conjunction with methodical application of oxidative therapies (ie high dose ozone, intravenous nano silver and UV light).
*Important Update: In addition to our novel treatments, we are also a research facility. Currently, Dr. Morales is conducting studies with several scientists and doctors from various universities, such as UNAM, UDG and University of Texas.
