TARA GUM (Goma de Tara)
Es un producto "natural" que proviene de una planta nativa de América del Sur conocido como el árbol de Tara. TARA GUM se obtiene triturando el endospermo de las semillas a través de métodos mecánicos.

TARA GUM a ha sido aprobado como un agente espesante para uso en muchos productos. Algunos de ellos son los productos lácteos como el queso, crema y helado, pero también se puede añadir a otros productos tales como los encurtidos, productos horneados, cereales, mostaza, frutos secos, verduras, sopas y muchas otras cosas.

TARA POWDER (Polvo de Tara)
Es una fuente natural de taninos extraídos desde la Tara en Vaina(Caesalpinia Tinctoria) . TARA POWDER se obtiene triturando las vainas de Tara, sin ningún tratamiento químicoadicional, y tiene un color beige claro.

TARA POWDER se puede utilizar tanto en el recurtido de pieles al cromo y vegetal en la auto-curtido. La principal ventaja es que el grano del cuero curtido con el TARA POWDER tiene una resistencia muy alta para su rompimiento en comparación con otros taninos vegetales.
