* Ich habe meine Ausbildungen an der Trimurti Yoga School auf Bali und in Indien nach Yoga Alliance Standard absolviert (Trimurti wurde 2017 zur besten internationalen Yogalehrerschule ausgezeichnet --> http://www.yogattc.info/top-8-yoga-ttc/)
* Aktuell unterrichte ich in verschiedenen Studios und Clubs in München und Umgebung fest und als Vertretung
* Ich biete hauptsächlich Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga und Schwangerschafts-Yoga
* Ich bin offen für Privatstunden, Kooperationen, Workshops, Firmenkurse und Retreats - einfach anschreiben :-)
* Neben dem Yoga gilt meine zweite Leidenschaft den Themen Gesundheit und Essen. Seit 2017 bin ich Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, also ganzheitlicher Gesundheitscoach. Auch diesbezüglich darf gerne kontaktet werden :-)
