General information
Vor über 50 Jahren wurde 1963 die Firma Eduard Balbach als Kunstschmiede gegründet. Der Standort im Sauerland besteht noch weiterhin als Familienbetrieb. Seit 1991 an neuer Stelle und in zweiter Generation werden in der Schmiedewerkstätte Markus Balbach hauptsächlich Verbundwerkstoffe (Damaststähle) produziert. Der Vertrieb der Damaststähle erfolgt direkt über die Firma M. Balbach und durch Vertriebspartner in verschiedenen Ländern.
