Das Üben natürlicher Bewegungsmuster steht im Vordergrund und bereitet auf alltagsnahe Belastungen vor. Das Ausmerzen von Schwächen (Schmerzen und Dysbalancen) und präventives Training liegen im Fokus, wodurch wir für eine persönliche Fitness auf höchstem Niveau sorgen.
Der Spaß ist dabei immer dabei und wir freuen uns mit jeder und jedem über Fortschritte und Erfolge.
