The universal force, all that is energy, is present throughout the universe. You are part of the universal force and it is part of you.

All that is life is energy. The energies which are present in all living things are the Life Force. The Life Force enlivens the physical mechanism to sustain the body and all its working parts. Your Life Force energies are a distillation of this universal force and are animated with the spark of life within.

Many people today are gradually realising the presence of a separate energy to that of the physical body; an unseen power source behind the mechanism. This power source is the Life Force. Realise that human beings are able to see less than ten percent of the known light spectrum, limiting their perception of the diverse aspects of Energies which exist within the Universe and themselves.
