In addition, High 5 offers advice and recommendation on destinations, taking into account flight times, frequency of flights, transfer times, connection time and costs.

We manage everything for our clients, from concept to completion
including contract negotiations, site inspections, and often achieve unrivalled savings on their behalf by using our buying power and strong supplier relationships. Our buying power with venues across the world means that we can offer our venue finding service completely free of charge. You will therefore often pay less than if you were contracting the venue directly and we will handle all research and negotiations for you at no additional cost. For further event services, we cost every event on the transparent project time and level of personnel as required by each project and will always regularly up-date our clients on the budget, with a line by line breakdown of expenses and time incurred.

High 5 has established excellent relationships, with our clients and suppliers
including the world's major hotel groups and airlines, enabling us to negotiate the best possible rates and pass-through benefits on to our clients. We understand that every client is unique with it's own challenges and attributes.
