We will contact our customers and explain exactly what repairs are involved, whether it is a battery re-seal, a new glass, replacement hands, a new clasp etc,”
Most items over a certain value are sent through Royal Mail Special Delivery, which can be insured for up to £10,000.We use Royal Mail, Tracked Return for which covers your items for up to £50.00
If your item is worth more, they will happily organise secure courier collection.
