Inner Body Pilates offers group Swiss Ball and Foam Roller Pilates lessons in the City of London. Small, good quality, authentic Pilates classes with all equipment provided. Perfect for individuals wanting core strength and flexibility and for Corporates wishing to offer the staff benefits of stress reduction, improved morale and fitness. They run on Tuesday and Wednesday lunchtime and evening at the Artizan Centre and can be offered in house as part of a Wellbeing event.
Level 1 classes can accommodate rehabilitation clients whereas level 2 is more suited to the already strong person wishing to make further gains.
