My Beginners Yoga is friendly, fun and non-judgemental.
One of my big joys is introducing exercise newbies and absolute beginners to yoga so if you’re feeling a little scared, please come and give my yoga classes a try and together we will help improve the way you feel, body and mind.

Weekday Delightful Daytime Discount:
If you book a Treatment Experience Wednesday-Thursday (dependent upon availability) between the hours of 8-3 p.m., you will receive the reduced rate of only £24 for your treatment – don’t make an excuse for relaxation, make it a priority!
The Loyalty Card of Love:
This is a wonderful multi-faceted offer: After 9 appointments, you will receive your 10th FREE AND if you book your 2nd appointment at the end of your 1st, you will receive a FREE additional stamp to your Loyalty Card AND the stamp for your next appointment so that’s a third of your stamps already completed before you even leave!
Any 2 Mon-Fri, 9a.m.-3 p.m.treatments:
ONLY £40 FOR 2 (TOTAL: 1 HOUR)
Any 2 evening or weekend treatments:
ONLY £50 FOR 2 (TOTAL: 1 HOUR)
