Massage Therapy is used to remedy a broad range of medical conditions and works by releasing tension, increasing blood supply and improving the soft tissue quality within the body.
Numerous techniques are used throughout treatment, deeply and instinctively, responding to the muscles and soft tissues to ensure the best results with minimal discomfort and tailoring each treatment to the patient’s physical needs or injuries.
I am a qualified Massage and Dry Needling Therapist, currently on my 4th-year Doctorate at the London School of Osteopathy, where I am developing a holistic, medical and evidence-based approach to osteopathy.
