Your personal trainer will start with an initial consultation discussing your needs and wants followed by a full fitness and health assessment to allow us to create the perfect programme just for you.

At Pioneer Fitness we have 4 ways for you to train to train. One 2 One sessions, partner sessions if you would prefer to train with someone, small group sessions or one of our exciting, motivational classes. Its your choice but which ever you choose we will make sure you meet your goals.
