The appliances we provide are of High Quality, this is not just a statement to attract your attention it is completely true, as many of our refurbished Dyson vacuum cleaners have been displayed and sold on the High Street where quality really does matter.

As you can see below our honesty about our products and attention to detail is what we base our reputation on. The appliance is Fully Working and has been operationally checked to see that it is working correctly. Any faults found are rectified to ensure the appliance is supplied in a fully working condition. All motors will have been checked to ensure they run correctly. Please note that used Dyson motors are quite loud and do have a distinctive "ringing" noise when in operation. All worn parts that affect the performance are replaced.

Once we are happy the appliance is working correctly it is completely stripped down to its individual parts and thoroughly washed in Anti-Bacterial Solution, cleaned and sanitized before being air dried. The parts are then polished, reassembled and the whole appliance vigorously tested. All in all around 5 hours of manual work goes into the refurbishing of the Dyson’s we supply. At Dyson Deals Hampshire we have an excellent reputation and wish to maintain it, which can only be achieved through providing appliances that you, the customer are happy with.

It is important to note that refurbished appliances will contain signs of previous usage, with signs of previous usage being absolutely anything indicating the appliance has been used previously. It is also possible with vacuum cleaners to sometimes find that small pieces of body plastic have broken off due to being used previously, but will not affect its performance, only cosmetic. We will not sell anything that we would not purchase ourselves.

Warranty & Returns Information
We guarantee all our products on a return to base basis for a period as stated in the listing description, from the date of sale. In order to confirm your guarantee please retain your paid invoice. Please note that fuses, vacuum cleaner belts, parts designed to wear or be replaced etc. are not covered under the warranty. In the unlikely event of any product becoming faulty within the first 14 days after delivery you are entitled to a full refund or replacement (if still available). The cost of return will be met by us. We feel that communication is key at this time and we will endeavour to respond to your enquiry at the first instance, please use contact details provided for a quick resolution.

Please note the following: Keep all original packaging during the warranty period. Damage, accidental or otherwise to the item is not covered under the Warranty

These warranties do not affect the consumer's statutory rights and are provided in addition to them. Whilst we make every attempt to be accurate in our details, errors or omissions may occur for which Dyson Deals Hampshire will not be held liable for.

A/ Yes it is
Q/ What kind of cosmetic condition can I expect?
A/ Good, but an used machine made of plastic may have some marks and scratches and this is impossible to avoid, so bear this in mind. Over 99% of customers expect and understand this; the other alternative is to buy new.
Q/ Is the machine tested for safety?
A/ Yes, it is visually inspected and PAT tested for safety.
Q/ Does the machine have a Warranty?
A/ Yes, as stated in the listing description from date of sale
Q/ What if it breaks?
A/ If the machine is delivered, broken in transit or develops a fault in the Warranty period, please return it to us via your preferred courier (Yodel we use) and we will repair or replace it.

Q/ Will this cost me anything?
A/ If the machine fails, we will pick up the return costs, if it is accidentally damaged by yourselves we can repair for free, subject to damage and parts cost. We will then return it to you if you pay the postage both ways.
